1. INTRODUCTION

• These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Nice Airport Taxi service, a sub-brand of Alpy.eu, providing private airport transfers from Nice Airport to destinations along the French Riviera.

• By booking with Nice Airport Taxi, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any of these terms, you should not use our services.

  
  

2. BOOKING & PAYMENT

• Booking Process: Bookings can be made online at www.nice-airport.taxi. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.

• Payment Methods: Payment is required in advance to confirm your transfer. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

• Confirmation: You will receive a booking confirmation via email. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact our Customer Support immediately.

3. PRICING

• Rates: All prices are quoted in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Included Services: Our prices include a professional driver, modern vehicle, and amenities such as complimentary mineral water and Wi-Fi (where available).

• Extra Charges: Additional fees may apply for special requirements (e.g., oversized luggage, child seats). These will be clearly communicated during the booking process.

4. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

• Cancellation: You may cancel your booking by visiting our Cancel Booking page or contacting Customer Support.

• Refund Eligibility: Refer to our Refund Policy above for details on eligibility and processing times.

• No-Show: If you fail to meet the driver without notice, the full transfer cost is non-refundable.

5. PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurate Information: It is your responsibility to provide correct flight details, pickup times, and accommodation addresses.

• Luggage Limitations: Standard bookings include one suitcase and one carry-on bag per passenger. If you have special luggage requirements, please inform us in advance.

• Behavior: Passengers must conduct themselves in a manner that does not endanger the vehicle, driver, or other passengers. Nice Airport Taxi reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger whose behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

6. DRIVER & VEHICLE

• Professional Drivers: All drivers hold valid licenses and are trained to provide safe and comfortable transfers.

• Flight Monitoring: Our drivers monitor flight statuses to accommodate delays. However, if flight details provided are incorrect, we cannot guarantee on-time pickup.

• Vehicle Substitution: While we strive to provide the vehicle type requested, Nice Airport Taxi may substitute a vehicle of similar capacity in rare circumstances.

7. LIABILITY & INSURANCE

• Limitations of Liability: Nice Airport Taxi is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of any service provided.

• Insurance: All vehicles are insured to meet local regulations. Passengers’ personal belongings remain their responsibility at all times.

• Force Majeure: Nice Airport Taxi shall not be held responsible for any service disruption caused by events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, road closures, strikes, acts of God).

8. PERSONAL DATA & PRIVACY

• Data Collection: We collect personal information such as name, contact details, and travel information solely for the purpose of fulfilling your transfer.

• Data Protection: We adhere to strict data protection standards and will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
